Restricted diets are a thing of the past. It's time to finally commit to a diet you will ENJOY! Join me and I'll show you how to get lean, lose weight, and burn fat while eating the foods you love. My program is designed to help you be self sufficient in the long run. Be ready to work hard for your progress as we both strive to reach your goals. Diet plans and macros are updated weekly to ensure results, and you NEVER have to restrict yourself again. You'll learn moderation as well as your body's reactions to certain foods. When deciding on your fitness journey with me, you can choose one of two ways to approach it. You can come work out with me on our scheduled days, eat what you want, and gamble on whether you'll get the BEST results. OR You can come train with me, recieve CUSTOM meal plans and macro break downs based on your likes and preferences , and get definite results. Know that either way, training will ALWAYS be effective and tailored you. NO COOKIE CUTTER PLANS! Also, know that you can't out workout a bad diet. If you want the best results, you have to make better eating choices, for some, that means eating MORE. That's where I come in! I'll help form your body into exactly what you want it to look like by implementing a new healthy diet meshed with a complimenting workout plan.
For those who opt out of the nutrition package, I'm not going to leave you high and dry, my advice is always welcomed to you throughout your journey.

Online Training
Not local to Orange County? I now offer online training! What exactly is online training? Well, I work closely with you via email, progress photos, and/or Skype sessions. Every week you'll send me a progress photo, that way I can gauge your progress and determine where we need to lean for both your training program and your diet. Diet plans are macro based so you'll have to track all of your food. Workout plans are designed to push you to your limits and challenge you. Group Training
Group training is an opportunity for a group of two to five or more people in the LA/OC area to split the cost of a high intensity, fat burning workout. You'll work together to push each other in order to get the most of your workouts. The workouts are high intensity and will push you to your limits. You'll truly feel your body getting better and better with each session. Sessions include cardio, plyometric moves, weight training, and BOOTY BUILDING.
2 girls: $30 each
3+ girls: $20 each
