I'm a personal trainer, motivator, competitor, and thrill seeker. I've been active my whole life constantly pushing my limits to be my best self. Currently I'm in the best shape and mental state of my life and feel I need to spread the "wealth". I've had ups, I've had downs, I'm not perfect, but at the end of the day I always strive to stay positive and love myself. I aspire you to do the same. Join me and you'll feel the difference.
About My Training
My training style is based around a number of things: weight lifting, resistance training, functional training, and cardio. A big misconsumption in women is that lifting weights will make you "bulky", "buff", "manly", but let me tell you, it takes A LOT to look that way and you are definitely not going to look that way by accident. It takes hard work, dedication, an on point meal plan and well calculated macros. If this is your desired look, I can definitely help with that (Competition Tab), if not, you have nothing to worry about.
Whether weight loss is your goal, fat loss, weight gain, or any of the sort, I can help you to achieve the body you want. It just takes your time, your motivation, and your constant positivity with yourself. You can do it! And I can help!
Where to Train
The great thing about fitness is that we can do it anywhere! I'm a big fan of using resources where we have them, all you need is your body and we're ready. When we aren't doing functional, boot camp style, cardio training, we will be in the gym weight training. I have a gym at my home which you can come to at no additional cost to you. If you have a gym at your work, apartment community, or any of the sort, I can come to you (you'll have to specify when you choose your package. Additional fees apply when 15+ miles away). No matter what you'll always get the best workout your body has ever experienced every single time. Are you ready?

Technology is amazing, isn't it? I now offer online training to all of the wonderful lifting ladies out there who want to lose weight, gain muscle, and everything in between.
