Training for a bikini competition
Next to a perfect diet, training for a bikini competition is essential. By training, I mean weight training. There are many ways to approach your first (or future) bikini competition. The way you plan for this endeavor is crucial to your success. With my many years of lifting experience and expertise and your motivation, we can make your body into the package that's best for you to present on stage.
Dieting for a bikini competition
Dieting during a competition prep is essential. You can train, train, train, but if your diet is off even a little, your body will fail and will place you out of being the best of the best. You want to be the best right? So give up that pizza, cookies, and cupcakes for 6-12 weeks and it will all be worth it. My diet plan is not bland. My diet plan is not boring. My diet plan is made for each individual separatley based on their needs and goals. My diet plan does not simply state "Eat tilapia and asparagus for 5 meals a day". You do not have to be miserable, starving, weak, deprived, and depleted on your bikini prep. You'll find through my recipes and suggestions that clean eating is NOT boring!
Posing practice for a bikini competition
Posing is so so important! It's all about stage presence and confidence. While it comes second nature to some, it's not so easy for most. Practice, practice, practice makes perfection! There's no better way to practice than in front of other people. When you're on that stage, it's not just you, it's 200+ people staring at you, your progress, and judging how you flaunt it. Essentially it is somewhat of a beauty pageant. You can condition your body to the max, have a great tan, look great, but if your posing is not on point, you'll be docked points which takes away from your placing. You don't want all of that hard work to go to waste because of a bad walk! Depending on each girls location, I really want to meet at least twice a month. Skype sessions are also available.

Choice 1: Online Prep As I am located in Orange County, CA, If you're not local, the main contact as your competition coach is via online Skype calls and weekly progress photos.

Beginning consultation where we'll choose which show you'll be able to do, go over details (shoes, bikini, tanning, etc.), do measurements, go over goals, and decide how long of a prep you need.

Meal plan for the amount of weeks of prep which will be revamped every 2-4 weeks depending on results and goals.

Weekly Skype session where we'll go over posing and pointers. Submit progress photos 1-2 times a week.

Choice 2: Local Prep For all of the Orange County girls (or nearby counties), one on one training is an option at a discounted per session rate. You can meet me at my home gym or I can come to you at an additional cost if you're 20+ miles away.
